EVIDENCE on MICRO OSTEO PERFORATION related to EXCELLERATOR PRODUCTS.

Decades of research has been refined into a simple and easy in-office procedure with the  ExcellerationTM drivers.

The Excelleration drivers are used to stimulate a natural cellular response harnessing a patient’s own biology to accelerate tooth movement. Dense bone will be temporarily “softened” internally. This will be undetectable to the patient, but allow these movements to occur faster & easier.

How does Propel Excellerator work?

Propel Excellerator works with the patients own biology to stimulating a cytokine response allowing the patients bone to remodel in a faster and more predictable way.

Bone remodels determines the speed of tooth movement and therefore treatment time (Deguchi et al., 2008; Krishnan and Davidovitch, 2005). By incorporating Propel Excellerator into orthodontic treatment, tooth movement is shown to increase 2.3+ fold. In other words, Micro-Osteo perforation reduces treatment time by 62%*.
